HEALTH IS AN INSIDE JOB - TOTAL WELLNESS SYSTEM


This total wellness system comprises a comprehensive approach to health, covering the following:

1) A GUIDED TOUR THROUGH THE HEALTH FOOD STORE
This is a hands on, on your feet, show and tell experience! Walk through (or virtually walk through!) every aisle of the health food store, learn meal and menu planning, and the logistics of daily healthy eating, so that it becomes second nature to you. Best of all, learn the healthy alternatives to what you are eating now, so that you don't feel deprived.

2) TRANSFORM YOUR KITCHEN, TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE
What tools and appliances will you need? What are the healthiest materials to look for when buying or using pots and pans? What if you want a more raw lifestyle? Vegetarian lifestyle? Vegan lifestyle? What if you just want to "dip your toe in the pool", not just plunge in headfirst? What if you want to make changes gradually?

These concerns will be honored and considered as we create a lifestyle that is "user-friendly", manageable, and maintainable long term, customized just for you. We are not talking about diets here; we are talking about true nourishment that is enjoyable!

3) NUTRITIONAL CLEANSING & DETOXIFICATION
Over the years, all of the great masters and teachers I had the privilege to study with emphasized the same concepts. There are 2 main contributors of disease that must be addressed when you want to either create better health, maintain it, or restore it if disease has set in: toxicity and deficiency. We must eliminate toxins and impurities that are in the body, congesting it, creating inflammation, and impeding it's function. Equally important, we must deeply nourish the body with all of the vital nutrients that it has been lacking in order to obtain glowing, radiant, optimal health.

Digestion requires more energy than any other body function. Embarking on a program that will flood the body with easily absorbable nutrients in the form of superfoods (concentrated foods), powders, and liquids will give the body the fuel it needs to renew, repair, and regenerate itself. At the same time, because you are giving the internal organs, cells, and body systems a badly needed rest by lightening or eliminating digestive activity, the body will use it's energy to eat up, dissolve, and eliminate whatever is toxic and harmful to it. This is truly where we "prepare your foundation".

4) COLON HYDROTHERAPY
As previously mentioned, a major part of regaining and maintaining health, as well as reversing degeneration, is the elimination of toxins from our cells, tissues, glands, and organs. This process is known as detoxification. Colon hydrotherapy, the gentle introduction of filtered water into the colon (large intestine), to dissolve and eliminate old waste matter, is an extremely effective way to achieve this. At the end of the treatment, the environment in the colon is balanced to help promote the beneficial bacteria (intestinal flora) that is so important for proper digestion, elimination, and immune function.

A series of 3 colon hydrotherapy sessions are given during the course of this program, preferably within a 2 week time frame. This complements and enhances the results of the cleansing program described above.

5) PLEASURE YOUR BODY WITH MOVEMENT - EXERCISE WITH A SMILE
Rediscover the joy in moving your body, regardless of the level of fitness you are at. There are so many tools available to help you get active and in shape, from a mini trampoline (rebounder), or a hula hoop, to yoga, walking, gyms, and workout classes. One of the very best tools I have discovered that creates fabulous results, is user-friendly, and is very cost-effective, is Whole Body Vibration (WBV). The following are just a few of the benefits of the WBV machine:

- decreases weight and cellulite
- increases blood circulation throughout the body, with a positive impact on diabetes

True good health and well-being come from a balance of the best, most loving choices we make for ourselves. People are not sick or unhappy just because they lack information. A large obstacle for people is implementing the information that they have.

We all go through periods where we lack motivation, are uninspired, where we feel sort of down, depressed, or downright hopeless. While it's true that poor nutrition and toxins can greatly affect brain chemistry, and our emotional well-being, there is another part of this picture that needs to be addressed.

It is very important that we feel connected to ourselves, to other people, to something higher, beyond ourselves, and that we express our creativity and uniqueness. A great teacher of mine once said that everyone needs to feel capable, valuable, and loved.

7) ONGOING HEALTH & WELLNESS COACHING
Once you have completed the "HEALTH IS AN INSIDE JOB" wellness program, an ongoing health support system is offered at a very discounted rate, so that you maintain the wonderful changes you have made.

Additional Maintenance Investment: $100 per month

Regular price for 1 hour consultations: $150

Your Savings: $50 per month ($600 per year)

Consultation time over 1 hour a month will be pro-rated at the $100 rate.
